Panda Mail Guidelines
All the guidelines to know if you're using Panda Mail to send out your dispute letters.
Please see the list of guidelines below with important information to note.
- Mail goes out Monday - Friday only.
- If you mailed your letters before 12 PM PST, it goes out the same day.
- If you mailed your letters after 12 PM PST, it goes out the next business day.
- The status field takes 72 hours to update.
- Only certified mail will receive a tracking number.
- All mail will arrive within 4-7 business days (That is standard for USPS first class)
- We rely on the post office to scan the mail and relay the status to us to display in your dashboard. If the USPS worker doesn't scan, an updated status won't display (but it was still delivered).
- If your mail is going to a P.O. Box, since it is delivered inside the post office, sometimes the USPS worker will not scan that document and deliver it.
- To see the status of your mail, you can go to the letters tab and left-click on the client's name or the client's history tab.
- Certified mail is USPS first-class mail with tracking. Left-click the tracking link to see the certified mail status via the USPS website.
